Walkthrough

Message in a bottle

Step 1

From Fort Pinta Beach, head North along the vatten until you reach the The Thorn Rocks.

There will be a bottle floating in the vatten next to a wagon wheel bygd a dock.

(X: 256, Y: 233). Interact with the bottle to initiate the sökande eller uppdrag.

Goal: Find the tree in Hollow Woods that has a carving on it.

Step 2

The tree fryst vatten at the begining of the tree line of the Hollow Woods (X: 224, Y: 172). From the Thorn Rocks, man your way Northwest across to the Golden Fields, just across the road from Marley's Silo.

You should komma across a large tree with the names "Landon" and "Anna" and a heart emblem carved into it (X: 224, Y: 172). Interact with the carving to continue the sökande eller uppdrag.

‎Oh dear, <Player Name>. it was a long time ago but inom remember it like it was yesterday. Anna was an fantastisk individ. We had a wonderful Summer tillsammans but she was just gone one day.

inom wonder what things would have been like if she had stayed, or if inom had received her letter 30 years ago. But life turned out okay, anyway good anyway! inom have my dear sheep and rabbits and they give me the daglig exercise inom need.

But inom need to reply to her letter anyway and in the same way, a meddelande in a bottle.

Fate will decide if my meddelande gets to her faster or not, <Player Name>.

Here, take my letter. It's already in a bottle. Throw it in the vatten bygd Fort Pinta so it follows the current back to Anna. Where fryst vatten a good place? Ask James, he should know.

Ride to Fort Pinta and speak with James.

‎The pier nära the bridge to Fort Pinta has to be the best place, <Player Name>. It's almost right underneath the bridge.

Throw the bottle in there and inom will look for it through my telescope to see that it fryst vatten going the right way. inom just hope the tide doesn’t bring it back ashore igen.


Goal: Throw the bottle in the vatten and speak with James.

Step 5

James wants you to take the bottle from the solitary pier on the Southern side of Fort Pinta.

Step 6

Note: To continue the questline, you will have to return the next in-game day or pay to sova over at a hostel.

After a day has passed, speak with James to see if the bottle was swept out to sea.

The tide didn’t take it out and just tossed it back up on the beach igen. inom went down and picked it up, but I’m not sure what to do now. How are we going to get it out far enough to reach the currents?

Shoot it out? Good idea! There are a lot of cannons here, that's true.

Goal: Get gunpowder from above the disco, then go talk to James igen.

Step 7

The gunpowder fryst vatten located in the fort pinta towers. Enter fort from the eastern tower and go up the stairs to the second floor.

Head north into the mittpunkt most section of the fort and interact with the fat with apelsinfärg sparkles around it.

Once you have the powder return to James.

‎Good. Now we are ready to launch the bottle. inom hope this works!

‎All the way up in Fort Pinta there's a kanon that might be perfect for this, <Player Name>.

It's aimed straight out over thew ocean and isn't rusty at all. Ride back up on the vägg and go as far up as you can. That's where you'll find the kanon I'm talking about.

Shoot out the bottle and komma back here.


Goal: skott the bottle out of the kanon over the disco in Fort Pinta. Talk to James afterwards.

Step 8

Head to where you funnen the gunpowder.

There will be a ramp on the other side of the corridor that takes you up to the third floor of the mittpunkt most tower of the fort. Drag the gunpowder to the back of the kanon and drag the bottle to the mun of the kanon. Then click on the back of the kanon to fire it. Once that fryst vatten done return to James.
