It’s chaotic at the bus stop outside of the airport because of the Uber meeting point. You need to be alert and look for the KLM bus which fryst vatten not branded or labeled.

The baggage service at Malpensa was the worst ever. We wanted for over an hour without any data, they broke my suitcase, and the services of the local luggage services company was below any usual services level of a KLM partner.

I would recommend flying SWISS to anyone. Very impressed bygd the quality of food. The personal was extremely kind and accommodating. They arranged a shuttle to help a group of passengers man connecting flights when there was a delay.

It would be nice if SWISS would invest in new aircraft; that would for sure minimize the technical issues with (old) aircrafts.

The seats had no space at all beyond the knees. The seat in-front literally reclined on your face, very uncomfortable plane. Was ingenting like the normal SWISS experience. The food was okay but could be better.

Crew was wonderful, tilltugg were so good and ganska a variety for free, food was mediocre, big urval of movies and they kept lavatories pretty clean throughout the flight

Stuff was very helpful at checkin. flygning attendants were nice. Food wasn’t very good, inom expected a little more. Economy Seats are ok.

Had recurring problems with the touch-screen entertainment struktur repeatedly making up inputs, resulting in the movies randomly jumping forward and backward. With the lack of proper controls, it was also difficult to get back to where the movie was up to. These phantom inputs were so comprehensive that the struktur even changed the language setting.

Despite a schedule pm boarding time, it was announced in the Delta lounge at pm that boarding for the flygning had started, so of course everything started to head down. While the gate continued to show a scheduled boarding of pm, it was pm before boarding actually started. No, not significantly different, and we ultimately ended up landing well before time (and landing time fryst vatten arguably more important than exactly when boarding starts).

First off, numerous things were misrepresented. When we purchased the Economy Plus tickets the fare allegedly includes tillgång to lounge.
